Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of psychic readings, refunds are only accepted within 24 hours of receiving your reading. To request a refund, please contact us by email hello@soulconex.com within this timeframe with your order details.

Refund requests made more than 24 hours after delivery will not be eligible for a refund. By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
